For Long-span arch bridges, the Arch-Bridge Steel Structure must use Project-specific grade at project-specific dimensions and weight while meeting Complex bridge geometry; Integrated forging and fabrication. The engineering challenge is coordinated control of member geometry, weld distortion, connection details and site-assembly interfaces.
The manufacturing strategy coordinates member geometry, connection details, weld distortion and assembly interfaces. Material, cutting, forming, assembly, welding sequence and surface protection are defined together, with material, weld, dimensional and surface inspection governing release.
Delivery basis: Build-to-print after engineering review. Complex bridge geometry; Integrated forging and fabrication are incorporated into the project inspection plan, with final inspection records and the quality dossier supporting acceptance and release.
