The engineering challenge is coordinated control of member geometry, weld distortion, connection details and site-assembly interfaces.
The manufacturing strategy coordinates member geometry, connection details, weld distortion and assembly interfaces. Material, cutting, forming, assembly, welding sequence and surface protection are defined together, with material, weld, dimensional and surface inspection governing release.
Delivery basis: Build-to-print after engineering review. Precision welding; Corrosion-protection treatment are incorporated into the project inspection plan, with final inspection records and the quality dossier supporting acceptance and release.
